Panel 1: We find ourselves watching Elly and Annie trying to drink coffee and gossip about their neighbors. Since the children are present and a) might repeat what they hear to Connie and b) are an unwelcome hindrance anyway, Elly asks them why they always have to play where she and Annie are.
Panel 2: She then asks why it is she and Annie can't have a decent, ordinary conversation without children in there with them.
Panel 3: As they go off to do whatever, Elly says "That's better."
Panel 4: She then asks Annie who they were gossiping about before the children showed up.
Summary: Watch the Lynnsight be all about how Katie and Aaron evilly interrupted their poor mother with their baffling and evil demands that Lynn be asked to pay attention to them and risk having her mind destroyed by exposure to children. After all, everyone knows that being a stay-at-home mother causes a woman's mind to turn to crap; Lynn believes it so we have to believe it.
