(Strip Number 299. Original Publication Date, 5 August 1982)
Panel 1: We start things off with a smiling Mike motioning for Lizzie to be silent as they hover over a snoring man I'll call Mr Proboscis.
Panel 2: The next thing we know, Proboscis is telling Elly, who's reading the paper, that Mike dropped a marble in his mouth while he was sleeping.
Panel 3: It's difficult to explain exactly what Elly means when she asks him why he did that; her need to understand what caused him to do so is probably mixed with her need to ask him why she has to supervise him and not have a life.
Panel 4: Be that as it may, I think that Lizzie's telling her that that's all he could find is cute enough.
Summary: The notes are definitely going to slam Aaron for having the same low tolerance for boredom that's perfectly all right for his mother.
