(Strip Number 296, Original Publication Date, 31 July 1982)
Panel 1: We start things off with Mike flailing around inside the roomette.
Panel 2: Elly, who can't sleep because of this, asks him what's wrong.
Panel 3: As he shoves her into the wall of the compartment, he complains that he doesn't have enough room.
Summary: My guess is that the poor, stupid little boy will have no idea why Elly is mad at him the next morning; all he knows he feels cramped up and since the part of him that's aware of personal space hasn't come on line yet, tends not to realize that Mommy doesn't like being squished either. He also never seems to quite get that Mommy confuses his being a regular dumb kid with being evil and hating her.
