(Strip Number 4201, Original Publication Date, 20 July 1982)
Panel 1: We start things off with Elly reminding Phil that he only met Connie last year and only wrote her a few times.
Panel 2: He can't possibly expect her to drop everything and rush into a relationship with someone she doesn't really know.
Panel 3: He's not asking her to drop everything, however.
Panel 4: All she needs to do is cut Ted out of her life entirely and he'll be happy.
Summary: Given that the next time that the issue is addressed, Connie becomes crazy, stupid and evil for not wanting to think only of him, to make a whiny, needy, immature choad with entitlement oozing out of his pores like sap the Sun about which her life rotates, it's not hard to see why Mike turns into a whiny little bitch himself: it's genetic. Simply put, the Richards DNA is as encoded for vanity as the Patterson genome is for being a clueless dipshit who's always 'right'.
