(Strip Number 4109, Original Publication Date, 18 December 1981)
Panel 1: We start things off with Will and John operating on the commode; John has the drain snake in hand whilst Will mans the plunger.
Panel 2: As the drain unblocks itself, John testily asks if anyone has any idea what went down that thing.
Panel 3: All Gorey eyes are focused on a freaked-out Lizzie; since she knows that she's about to get yelled at for acting like a child instead of sitting quietly and staring into space until the impulse to explore the world and other evil things leave her, she's kinda panicking here.
Summary: Today's notes are sure to remind us that Lynn not only doesn't want to hear what it is that children find important, she also doesn't like the idea that children don't come out of the womb thinking like a frustrated, misanthropic, coffee-swilling, trash-talking, biff-obsessed and pig-ignorant old battle-axe like her.
