We continue on with Elly standing around bitching because the nice lady next door is inadvertently disrupting her efforts to have her children eat on schedule.

(Strip Number 4025, Original Publication Date, 26 June 1981)

Panel 1: We find ourselves watching Elly whine to Anne about her made-up woes; as a follow-up to yesterday's strip, she reminds us that she's asked Mrs Baird several times to stop feeding Mike and Lizzie before dinner.

Panel 2: Elly is willing to concede that she means well but keeps doing it and it's driving her crazy.

Panel 3: Anne, knowing how Elly tends to choke and sputter when she wants to say something, tells her that she's not communicating and asks her if she can't be a little more explicit about her feelings.

Panel 4: Elly narrows her eyes and says that she could blow up the woman's fridge.

Summary: Once again, another person is being blamed for Elly's failures as a parent and inability to accept that if she lets her children wander around loose because she doesn't like dealing with them, she'll have to take the consequences and shut her hateful yap.
