(Strip Number 134, Original Publication Date, 12 May 1981)
Panel 1: Going from left to right, we see the following:
- Elly, who has a gardening trowel in her right hand and was kneeling down to plant some flowers, looking to her right with her eyes bugged out in despair.
- Lizzie crawling towards her as she smilingly digs up the plants with a toy shovel.
- Farley digging up whatever Lizzie missed.
The punchline is that Lizzie happily declares "Daddy say we leave him alone and go help Mommy."
Summary: Since we're in straight reprints, Lizzie's age isn't going to vary as much now; we're only in for a three-month variance. Also, we have more of the Pattersons getting all pissy because their children make honest mistakes. I know the future so I know the results of their doing so; they're programming them to not do jack to help. I mean, why bother if all they ever get is yelled at for doing it wrong?
ETA: We have yet another new banner to contend with as Elly invites us over to listen about how loose Connie and how smug Annie are.
