It's a modified version of a strip that showed us how little Lynn thinks of children.
Panel 1: We see Elly in the check-out line telling the woman in front of her that she hates shopping at that time of day because it's so crowded.
Panel 2: The woman agrees and points out that some days she can hardly stand up mch less stand in line.
Panel 3: Elly tells her that she looks exhausted and thus must be a mother.
Panel 4: In the original, the woman said that she had it worse because she was a Grade One teacher; now, she's a mother AND a Grade One teacher.
Summary: Either way, Lynn reminds you that she thinks that dealing with children is a life-draining burden that you are destined to thanklessly endure; if you don't, you're evil.
