Panel 1: We start with Connie telling Laundry-toting Elly that she's still embarrassed about the way she chased Phil; since she's a dimwit, she feels no remorse about the way she treated Lawrence.
Panel 2: As Elly reaches in a cupboard for something, Connie drones on about how he must think she's an idiot for showing up at his doorstep like that; since he has no idea that she was ever there, this seems to be a misplaced concern.
Panel 3: As Elly puts the tea on, Connie whines that he must think she has no class, he must think.....
Panel 4: Having finally realized that she's been pouring her heart out and not getting any response, she asks "Well, what does he think??"
Summary: Having Elly stand around like a dummy not acknowledging her 'friend' doesn't seem like the most promising way of explaining what Phil thought of this whole thing.
