FBorFW newsletter, February 2010

Those of you who get the newsletter will have noticed that Steph changed the format to contain artwork from the site. The text reads as follows:

Hello everyone - what do you think of our new format? We thought it was time to make the switch to a more customized layout, and we thank our crew of 40 volunteers who helped us test this new design. Hope you like it! Send your feedback to Steph.

Do you cartoon? If so, you've got until the 12th of February to apply for the Jay Kennedy Memorial Scholarship. Applicants must be college students in the United States, Canada or Mexico that will be in their Junior or Senior year of college during the 2010-2011 academic year.

We've made some layout changes to our Strip Fix page; you can now read our latest Twitter updates right there without having a Twitter account, and there's a Share button under each strip so you can link to our site more easily via Facebook and other social sites.

We've also revisited and refreshed Lynn's shop, exchanging our old yellow decor for a neutral color scheme and offering a handful of new shipping methods (based on where you live) that'll give you more choice in terms of prices and delivery times.

Enter our annual Love Struck contest! Every year we give away a special prize to someone who proves to be a good shot with Cupid's arrow. Don't forget to send a free e-Valentine to someone you love or play our Perfect Match game!

Treasury editions of Lynn's strips are in the works. Lynn's just finished a cover design for the first one; we'll keep you posted as we get more information.

Thanks to our friends at the Toronto Star Store, we have some 2010 Wall Calendars available in our shop again.
