Coffee Talk, the week of 23 November 2009

Let's see how many people join Elly in going all Jack Thompson on us this week; I'd guess a lot because, well, her AmeriKAN* readers seem to be so afraid of the unfamiliar, they suffer a severe case of input failure when forced to realize that Canadian Thanksgiving has a different origin and occurs on a different day. [As for this particular morning, (23 Nov 2009), I've got a doctor's appointment so howtheduck will have to summarize the daily entry; let's hope we see the bad grammar, poor spelling and faulty logic he likes.]

*Note: This is NOT a slam against the American people; after all, I know that there are a lot more KANadians.
