Wrong again; it's Elly and Connie planning on an outing.
Panel 1: We start off in the kitchen as they have the mandated cup of coffee; Connie reminds Elly that she's upset because John went to a convention without her. Elly says she's not upset as much as she's....
Panel 2: We don't know how she feels because Connie finishes her sentence for her by telling her she feels left out. Her cure for the feeling she tells Elly she's feeling is for the two of them to go out for the evening; they can have dinneer, some drinks and go to a show.
Panel 3: As for the kids, she can not worry; just being them over and Connie's sitter will watch all three. Elly asks what she should wear?
Panel 4: Upon being told to dress in something sexy and flirty, Elly objects that she can't because she's married.
Panel 5: Connie's response is a poorly-punctuated and incoherent non-joke that compares flirting to catch-and-release fishing.
Summary: This makes Connie into the female equivalent of Ted; that means that when they get together to be stupid, they'll deserve one another.
