Panel 3: As she bears witness to Lizzie wearing the thing like a hat, she tells Marian it's actually a perfect fit.
Summary: The reprint last appeared on 13 February 2008; this tells me that Lynn is so confident that her readers have the attention span of a goldfish, she can mine strips from the Hybrid era.
