As we all know, Jim has had a heart attack which could complicate the wedding if they decide to tell Liz about it. If they do, she'll rush off and we'll have a wedding in his hospital room. If Elly shuts her mouth, we'll have a big, ugly wedding while Jim dies almost alone after which Liz will be looking for someone to blame for everything. Since she can't ever admit she did something stupid, she'll accuse a seventeen-year-old in a lavender bath toweldress of setting things up so that nobody got to say goodbye to him. After all, if she didn't tell her to get married this summer, none of this would have happened.

I guess they don't.

Panel 1: We start off with an exterior shot of the Tiny train House. A lavender blob says that Limo Number one is here.

Panel 2: As Liz climbs in, she informs an unseen person who asks if she's all right that she is but doesn't want to step on the Miracle Dress.

Panel 3: Shawna-Marie says "Let me help you", Dawn tells them not to mess up her hair, Candace asks who has the bouquet and Meredith wonders when she can get in.

Panel 4: Candace tells the mutant chauffeur that they're ready to go.

Panel 5: April says that they're rolling. This causes Liz to make a stupid pun about how she thinks it's going to be a smooth ride. This is because nobody is going to tell her about Jim until after the ceremony.

Summary: When she finds out, she'll look for someone to blame for ruining her big day. Poor April, she's going to be blamed for something she didn't start again.

I also expect to see a banner that shows us the wedding itself.
