Panel 1: We find ourselves at the local grocery store. Liz and Francie are walking down the aisle when she asks the Breath if she can have a sugary cereal. Liz, like the clone of Elly she's fated to become, suggests something healthy. What she should have done is stop and ask why a three year old wouldn't mention a brand name.
Panel 2: She then asks for candy. Liz points out she has candy at home.
Panel 3: Francie then whiiiiiiines that she wants a toy because she has no hoooooooo---- I mean, she hasn't has a neeeeew one in such a loooong tiiiime. Liz's repsonse: an Elly-like not-today.
Panel 4: She then proceeds to yell "Please! Please! Please!" so insistently, the words hover in the air around her. Liz is taken aback.
Panel 5: When she and Liz meet up with Anthony, the Silly Sandwich Lady states that Francie has finally accepted her because she's started to nag her.
Summary: I knew that Francie would do this but I should have known that Lynn would work her toxic viewpoint of family life into the mix.
