The one where it's funny that April is stupid again.
Panel 1: Elly tells Liz to calm down before asking what size the button April swallowed was. Liz says "the size of a dime" (which is roughly seven tenths of an inch in diameter).
Panel 2: Elly isn't sure if it will hurt her but will call the doctor anyway just to be safe.
Panel 3: When Liz asks what will happen to the button, Elly says that it will be returned in a few days....which means that it will be excreted. April does not realize this.
Panel 4: She then does something no normal child would do at any stage of development: wait by the mail slot for it to be returned for insufficient postage.
Summary: In real life, April would still be standing in the kitchen wondering what Mommy meant....and still wonder what returned meant when she pooped it out.
