The one with the punchline about being sick that aged really, REALLY poorly.
Panel 1: We end the arc with Sue saying hello to Elly as she returns to her hobby job.
Panel 2: Elly boasts about watching the soaps, reading and working on an afghan.
Panel 3: We get a reminder that Lynn honestly believes that Yes, sir is an emphatic form of 'yes' as she talks about how great it is to get back to the important work of being a paid intern.
Panel 4: She then thought-bubbles a stupid punchline about how being sick is the only way she can get time off.
Summary: We transition away from an arc that aged poorly on contact to something else that makes me ill: Liz being called stupid and blind because she can't see what she's not allowed to see if it can at all be avoided.
