The latest one where Farley gets ritually abused because Elly can't be asked to pay attention to her surroundings.
Synopsis: Non-supervised April opens a garbage bag, but Farley gets blamed for it because Elly has Better Things To Do than to watch children.
Summary: Elly never bothers figuring out what actually happened after she comes across something that makes her unhinge her jaw in rage. After all, she has to save face and admitting that she should actually find out WHAT happened before she imposes sanctions 'would' make her lose credibility.
