The one where Elly moans in despair because children are too selfish and bad and hateful to admit that life is an endless wave of misery that no one should ever pretend is enjoyable.
Synopsis: April's enjoying watching the leaves falling adds to Elly's misery as she rakes them up. We are probably asked to want to hate April because she isn't nailing herself to her cross or something. (That or Mommy has a sad because a two year old is too young to take leaves and mop floors!)
Summary: As I have said before, the purpose of this strip appears to be to ask us to clutch Elly to our collective bosom and weep bitter, angry tears on her behalf. The problem is that she's a damned buzzkill who seems to actively fear and hate the idea of enjoying herself because she thinks that happy people are stupid people who need to wake up and realize that life is just misery and pain and exploitation. God.....not only an asshole but also a fucking idiot.
