The one where yet again, I ask why no one supervises April around the dogs.
Synopsis: Sera wanders in from next door because it's funny that Connie is also negligent so that we can gurgle with delight as she and Farley lick ice cream off of Messy April.
Summary: I guess we're not supposed to remember all the children who got mauled to death because pet owners are stupid.
