The one where it's revealed that Anne is probably expected to do things for free because John doesn't write Elly a paycheque for being a housewife.
Panel 1: We start things off with Elly telling Anne that she did something she ought to have done a long time ago: find April a day care center; it seems that there was an opening coming up next week.
Panel 2: She continues jabbering about how the can take her mornings so she can meet other children and then, they can try her on her own. Anne is about to explain something to her but Elly is too busy talking over her.
Panel 3: We're reminded that Elly can't and won't see that not everyone has her life or her rich husband when she talks up how she forgives Anne because she needs a change and to get out.
Panel 4: When Anne says that she needs the money, you can just tell that the baffled look on Elly's stupid face means that Anne is a bad person who puts money ahead of friendship and not at all presumptuous exploitation by a vain nitwit who sees other people as human-sized cardboard cutouts.
Summary: You can practically hear the Geiger counter ticking as Anne becomes even more radioactive. Elly doesn't want to admit that she can only do what SHE does because she has a sugar daddy so a reminder of actual need vexes and alienates her.
