The one where Lynn demonstrates that she has no idea how to tell a story.
Panel 1: Mealy-mouthed non-apology that does an excellent job of reminding us that going forward that as far as Connie is concerned, Lawrence is going to be a Terrible And Cruel Disappointment Tracking In The Dregs Of Society who she will deign to treat like people.
Panel 2: Mealy-mouthed non-apology from Greg has him say that he and Lawrence have no connection whatsoever.
Panel 3: After stating that he's relieved that he can't be blamed for Lawrence's perversion, Greg sets up the disappointing conclusion to this failed prestige arc.
Panel 4: Sentimental crap that reveals that Connie thinks that all of this happened so she can name a dog whose sole purpose is to get knocked up because she and Elly are morons. Also, going forward, she can devote herself to the dog so she can ignore the fact that she's written her son off because he brings shame to her and cannot provide her with the grandchild she deserves for her years of non-parenting.
Summary: We transition from this example of Lynn's ineptitude to Lynn reminding us that boy, does she hate the working class. Also, we can see why there aren't any notes. I'm guessing that the stack of hate mail from gay people was higher and contained more detailed instructions as to what she could do with her point of view than the one from gay-bashers.
