The one at the home front where Mike proves that he comes by being a revolting ass honestly.
Panel 1: We find ourselves back in Milborough watching Mike gross Liz out by letting ketchup drip out of his mouth as if he'd been punched so hard, he was bleeding.
Panel 2: Liz calls this to John's attention.
Panel 3: She says that this is totally gross.
Panel 4: She then baffles him by wanting to see it again.
Summary: Mike doesn't realize it but his years of casual, thoughtless and selfish bullying have made her want to see him brutally beaten in front of her. The great dozy dollop probably does expect her to sit there and passively take abuse because his core character traits are sloth, self-absorption, a lack of curiosity, mindless fury and being a fucking imbecile.
