Panel 1: Phil tells Elly that despite her belief that there must be a someone who can do something about Porker, all the city has done is issue a warning that Bullard ignored.
Panel 2: They either put up with Porker or they move (which they do anyway because reasons); Georgia whines about all of the work they've put into the place.
Panel 3: She then sets up a weak-ass punchline about buying the place because it was close to their workplaces and close to local amenities.
Panel 4: She seals the deal by saying that because of one irresponsible redneck, they're close to insanity.
Summary: This is what Lynn's dislike of her sister-in-law has reduced Georgia to: a dispenser of horrid wordplay.
