The one where we actually set up the conflict over the pump organ.
Panel 1: Since Elly is the Phil whisperer, she phones him up and tells him that the two of them have to talk about something.
Panel 2: A while later, he's at the Pattermanse listening to Elly tell him that Jim and Marian want them to decide what they'd like to have when they downsize in a couple of months.
Panel 3: He agrees when she says that they should sit down and make a list like adults so they don't disagree about something later on.
Panel 4: We remind ourselves that there's an awful lot of little kid in both of them when both of them want the pump organ.
Summary: The truly interesting thing is not that they lie to one another about their real motives; the interesting thing is that they believe the lie they tell one another.
