Snarky Candiru2

Tuesday, 7 August 2018

When Phil starts in with all of his jabbering about not rushing a decision Georgia wants to rush, he gets steamrolled into a decision he's not comfortable with.

(Strip Number 5172, Original Publication Date, 8 August 1989)

Panel 1: At their apartment, Georgia tells Phil that she wants that house while he says that they can't rush this.

Panel 2: She counters his delaying tactic by saying that it's the nicest one in their price range and she doesn't want to lose it.

Panel 3: When she implores him to make an offer on the place and to just go for it, he makes indifferent noise about how if she thinks so, he guesses that he can pretend to care about her opinion.

Panel 4: When she says that she loves it when he makes the decisions, the irony of that floors him.

Summary: It's a good thing that he got married. Without her around, he'd be struggling to decide what to have for breakfast at ten in the evening.
