Looks like LJ (or, you know, Stephanie) has changed the set-up of the website--the drawings are all the new-old sketchy style of characters, and the "Meet the Pattersons" section has pared down to the main four. There's no more Who's Who, and most of the backstory articles (on Mtig, on Research and Development) are missing.
All the ridic games (including ones that feature Liz as teacher, and the new pets) are there, however.
Well, it's not a reprint but Elly does nail herself to her cross.
Panel 1: Elly whines to Connie that she's not complaining BUT she just finds it hard to toilet train two teething babies at the same time.
Panel 2: Connie reminds her that she said that having a puppy would be a lot of work and that she said that she wanted to get out of the house.
Panel 3: Elly replies that she does get out of the house.
Panel 4: Several times, in fact; this is because she's been retconned into actually walking Farley instead of standing on the porch while he goes.
Summary: Yesterday's strip is now a rare exception to a rule. Let's see how many other commonplace things from the real 1980's are now described as being anomalies.
