Panel 1: So is this a time jump of several days? Did she make the arrangements for the apartment by phone, the way Elly finalized the sale of the store by phone? Is her stuff already there, just in (inaccurately labeled) boxes)? And I wonder how long it will be before the Lynnions are like "There ain't no animation and there never was!" because the blink-ready goggle eyes are really starting to bug. ETA: Okay, as I said below, they won't stop with the animations no matter how many complaints they get. Instead, the visuals are just going to be geared more towards stuff that can be animated. Meanwhile, Liz's right hand in this panel makes her look like a cyborg. Unnaturally wide, and just a thumb and pinky to pinch with.

Panel 2: Oh, so she had stuff shipped to her. And another retcon/strip discrepancy: in the letters, she says she's going to need a car; here, she's all ready to buy one. And she has a pencil growing out of her lip. At first glance, I thought it was lipstick or balm.

Panel 3: Hmmmmm. Elly says "we"; wonder if this is Liz's cue to cut the cord.

Panel 4: Whoa! But of course, Elly will have some glurge about how your kid is always your little baby or something.

Panel 5: Ha, ha. Liz looks nauseous. Enough with the lips, too. And gee, I can't imagine who she's going to run into at Gordo's MegaEmporium.
