The one with the first of many of John's Patients From Hell.

Synopsis: We find ourselves at John's dental clinic watching him contend with a Mrs Dilbutt. Her major malfunction is that she does not understand that one has to wait for the swelling to go down before being fitted for dental appliances.

Summary: For some reason, this leads to John being a dick to Mike about getting his license. For the here and now, we have to wonder how many of Rod's clients grilled him because he married an asshole.
