Panel 1: We start off with Lynn revealing that she doesn't think that Alan should be part of any family conversation by having Elly tell Phil something his parents should have told him: that they're going to downsize and that she thinks it's a good idea. (She's lying about that last bit.)
Panel 2: She then sets up the Summer Of Whining That Her Childhood Is Being SOLD!!! by telling us what we can expect to see this July: fighting like scorpions over stuff the parents weren't told that they want and complaining that bad people build things and change things without two boomer idiots' approval or knowledge.
Panel 3: We transition to Jim asking a question he shouldn't so that Marian can blurble glurge.
Panel 4: We then get her simper that you can't put a price on memories.
Summary: We leave things now and will pick them up when it's time for Elly and Phil to fight over a prize their parents don't know exists.
