Badly drawn butts: One, in panel 4. Actually, April's entire leg looks like a tree trunk.

Two recycled concepts. When Edgar was born, April wondered, "Why are newborned [sic] babies so teeny-tiny?" to which Connie replied, "Trust me, April; it's easier that way." And when April herself was a newborn, John (or Elly; I forget exactly) demonstrated her rooting reflex to Liz. "When does it stop?" "It doesn't," she was told, in a panel that featured Michael's butt sticking out of the fridge while he dug through it in search of a snack.

Now, that's a weird angle in panel 2. It looks like an overhead shot of April and Francoise, while Elly is still upright in the frame. Is M.C. Escher the guest artist?

And check out the musical notes in panels 3 and 4. So everything about a baby is so precious that even its farts are a sweet melody. It's official: Lynn has gone round the bend.
