The one where Elly's silence is more terrifying than anything else in the world.

Panel 1: As Rage-Faced Elly takes off the socks she trod through the snow in like she was the sort of negligent dimwit who leaves car keys in ignitions or on lawns, Gord asks Mike how angry she is. Mike says that she's very angry.

Panel 2: Gord asks Mike how he can tell because she's not saying anything. Mike asks him to wait for her to digest what happened first before she goes KAPOW!!!

Panel 3: Gord then explains that in this story arc, his mother is a volatile loon who blows up over nothing.

Panel 4: He hates Elly's silence because it's harder to listen to.

Summary: After this arc, Elly will go back to having a hair-trigger temper.
