Panel 1: More exposition. Well, at least we have visual proof that the building did not burn "to the ground." And I wasn't sure who was talking at first, but the word "wicked" seems to indicate Weed.
Panel 2: Yep, Weed. And we finally see Lovey. And I'm unclear on what she means, that she "should have" evicted the K's. I thought she tried, but the law was on their side. Does she mean she should have pursued it further? Anyway, "Who needs this?!?!?!?!?!" probably means she's going to give up being a landlord and sell the surviving house to Weed an' Carleen. Who will then get married and pregnant and that's the end of their story.
Panel 3: Hallelujah! Someone asked about the Kelpfroths! And "Hmph!" indeed, Lovey. Not that I blame her, to be fair, since it was her property that was destroyed, but I hate that that's going to be the last word on them. And jeeeeeeeez, could they make her any more grotesque? And Mike practically has the face of an infant.
Panel 4: Right, because he's evil. Well, he lost all his war memorabilia, too. And I hardly think that he wanted to be in the burn ward, or for Winnie to be there.
