Panel 1: We finally get to the point of WHY John invited Fiona over when Elly introduces her to April. Fiona is like most people and gushes over how sweet and cute babies are.
Panel 2: We see where Fiona gets the idea that Elly seems to be under the impression that her new job description is "servitor" when she talks about how much of a handful April is right now. Elly is up half of the night and there's so much to do during the day.
Panel 3: Fiona grabs a mug out of the cupboard and says that John told her that she was here to help so don't be shy; she'll do anything at all that's asked of her.
Panel 4: Elly is not reassured by Fiona's comment about how she's usually up by noon. Reason: Elly seems to think that it's the job of everyone else in the world to look after her children for her so she can be free.
Summary: Since Elly could win Olympic gold in being passive-aggressive, removing this parasite is going to end up making Jean spend the rest of her life assuming that John had a one-night stand with a school-girl. We get to see why John baulks next week when we see his totally missing the point on what 'family' is.
