Panel 1: We start things off with Elly wanting Liz to pay attention to the fact that when she strokes April's cheek, she turns her head towards her touch. Liz asks why that is.
Panel 2: Elly tells her that it's called a rooting reflex and is an automatic searching response for food. Liz sets up the first joke at John's expense when she asks when it stops.
Panel 3: As we see John rooting through the fridge, Elly has a shit-eating grin on her face when she says that it doesn't.
Summary: The interesting thing is that the second time we see rooting mentioned, the one doing the rooting now will want to get scooting later on.
