Panel 1: We get an exterior shot of the house as John points out that the non-problem about the motorbike that will never be is a year away before forgetting who Elly is and asking why she's worried about it now.
The answer is that she now knows that Mike would like to have a motorbike so wants to savour the unproductive panic.
Panel 2: He then lumps in her worrying about Michael hurting himself on a motorcycle that he stands less than no chance of actually getting with her driving herself crazy for no reason with worrying about super-unlikely things happening to himself, Liz and the baby. In a few months, she'll go back to worrying about Mike getting Her Name Doesn't Matter, Does It? pregnant so he should have also mentioned that.
Panel 3: He asks her why does she worry so much (about all of the wrong things).
Panel 4: She smiles broadly and says that it's her job.
Summary: Her job is actually "worrying herself to death about the unlikely while at the same time hoping that things that actually matter somehow resolve themselves on their own or turn out to be not actually problems"; the best example of that is the Kortney endgame.
