Panel 2: Oh, for crying out loud. Why do people keep harping on Jim's sense of humor? First of all, how much of one did he have before the stroke? Second, how can anyone tell? All he does is think at people! What does he do, carve his chicken puree into the shape of a clown? Third of all, I'm sick of the way "sense of humor" is always presented as something wonderful about a disabled person. Miss Edward, Shan...non, and now Jim. It's like saying an African-American person is "well-spoken".
