Panel 1: As Elly peels potatoes for supper, Liz asks her what it's like to have a baby inside of her. Elly says that it's sort of neat but sort of strange.
Panel 2: When Liz asks if she can feel the baby moving, Elly says that she can. Meanwhile in the background, Mike is starting to materialize.
Panel 3: As Mike eats a raw carrot, Elly says that it's awfully hard to tell the baby's head from its backside. Liz starts out with an incredulous "Really?!!"
Panel 4: She then delivereth the smackdown, irritates Mike and baffles Elly when she says it must be a boy.
Summary: Mike isn't exactly the best advertisement for masculinity so I can really relate to Liz's statement if The Human Doorstop is the boy she interacts with the most.
