Panel 1: A few minutes after what was most likely to have been an angry tirade by Elly about how she's not a slave, we find Mike telling Elizabeth that they'll flip a coin to see who gets to walk Farley first. Heads, it's her, tails, it's him.
Panel 2: He says "Ready? GO!" as he flips the coin.
Panel 3: When he says "It's HEADS!", Liz is throwing a big tantrum about how unfair it is all and how she don't wanna walk Farley.
Panel 4: Mike asks her what she's crabbing about. She won, didn't she?
Summary: What we have here is the intersection of the children not really understanding that what they're used to (namely just opening the door to let Farley roam around the neighbourhood without having to think about what he's doing) is not the right thing to do and Elly making the right thing to do into another weird punishment. Tomorrow, we see an inexperienced child make a dog's breakfast of walking Farley.
