Panel 1: As one could expect, the Junior Cheerleading Team is laughing heartily at the expense of the slobbering creeps dogging their practice. Since it never, ever occurs to Mike to ask how he looks to the people around him (and since asking him to do so is 'aggression'), he stands there throwing a childish tantrum because Gordon has somehow set him up to be seen as the same sort of Nerd City Reject Gordon himself is.
Panel 2: Since he doesn't wanna admit that he came there to see if he could see a bra through a sleeve, he asks Gordon why he let him talk him into waiting around for them. He then asks him if he saw that they looked at the two of them as if they were road kill.
You will, of course, make note of the fact that Mike assumes that he is the injured party because on television, they would have been flattered and wanted to date him and so on and so forth.
Panel 3: When Gordon tells him not to stress about it so much, Mike asks how being seen as the lecherous idiots they are isn't a problem.
Panel 4: Why it's not a problem is that Mike is the only one they recognized. This does not cheer Mike up no how. Since he's stupid, it doesn't occur to him to point out that maybe the girls remember the screaming bonehead in the ball cap and shades wailing about hormone attacks and writhing on the ground because he was a helpless victim of girl radiation and don't want to admit that he exists.
Summary: Mike doesn't like being reminded that most people see him as being the whining low-life who jerked Martha McRae around for a stupid reason and huffed and puffed about being a bug on her windshield because he's too stupid to understand what's going on around him, the asshole who got nailed at summer camp for getting his head wedged in the girls' shower or as the gullible shnook who can be talked into doing any moronic thing to fit in. This leads him to scream abuse at people who give road kill its right name.
