Panel 1: Somehow or other, John has managed to get Elly to see someone I'll call Doctor Anthony for rather obvious reasons. He tells her something everyone who isn't her knows when he tells her she's compulsive and energetic and finds it hard to delegate to others and also calls her something she isn't when he says that she's organized.
Panel 2: As he reaches for a book, he tells her that she's reliable in that she tends to take on more work than she can reasonably handle and finds it hard to say "no."
Panel 3: As he reads from a book about stress management, he refers to her as a classic Type A personality.
Panel 4: Since she wants to be told that it's someone else's fault she feels as if the weight of the world is on her shoulders, she yells "AAAAAAAAAAA!!!!" because repeating things is funny.
Summary: Elly doesn't like the idea that it's mostly just her who sees all the tiny crap she inflates into Great Big Things as being Great Big Burdens. Realizing that there's something wrong with her that makes it impossible for her to enjoy the relaxation she craves means that she has to change....and that's terrible.
