Panel 1: As Elly tries to get to her meeting, she notices to her displeasure that for some reason, horrible people are driving slowly when she's got a meeting in eleven minutes.
Panel 2: She yells at the car ahead of her because the person is adapting to icy conditions by driving slower than the posted limit and thus keeping her from her meeting.
Panel 3: Since she doesn't quite understand that slippery roads keep her from zooming at maximum velocity, she angrily asks if the person ahead is just watching the stupid sunset instead of being good and letting her skid off the highway.
Panel 4: As she glumly watches the sun set in the western sky, she tells herself that perhaps she herself doesn't watch enough sunsets.
Summary: We find out why in a week when she screams in baffled rage because a doctor tells her that she feels ashamed if she sits back and watches sunsets because she feels like the laziest and most worthless person ever.
