(Strip Number 5025, Original Publication Date, 5 October 1988)
Panel 1: We start things off with Lizzie putting a hat, scarf and thermal socks on a baffled Farley.
Panel 2: We see her laughing the Sticky-Out Tongued Laugh Of Malice™ at a very unhappy dog.
Panel 3: She laughs even MORE when an angry Farley ruins the socks by tugging them off with his teeth.
Panel 4: A frightened Lizzie points at an even MORE frightened dog when Angry Elly holds up one of the perfectly good socks she ruined via funny animal abuse.
Summary: Once again, we make a lie of the belief that Farley was a beloved wonder dog. He was mostly seen as something to abuse or ignore by people who should be ashamed of themselves. Also, Elly shouldn't be surprised that her kids learned to pass the buck with all the times she's blamed everyone but herself for her own idiocy.
