Panel 1: As the kids get ready to go to blacked out homes, Canadian Content Ed Crankshaft stands next to his bus and says "Okay!! Everyone on Eastbound Bus 17, line up here, please."
Panel 2: As he and Lizzie bus home, Mike points out that a few hours ago, they were in a blizzard but now the stars are out.
Panel 3: As we see the pissed-off homeowners digging themselves out that seem to be invisible to today's selfish and lazy children who want a free ride in a chauffeured limousine, Mike says that it's as if the storm never happened to begin with.
Summary: Today, he's evil and bad and hates the world because he's too dumb to notice the scurrying adults that he's driven past. Tomorrow, he's evil and bad and hates the world because he notices that Elly drove her car into the ditch. Next week, he wants to destroy goodness and happiness because he angrily overreacts to being denied a snow day while Elly has to dig out the car she doesn't know got wrecked.
