Panel 1: As she climbs up onto the counter to get something out of a cupboard, Mike tells Lizzie that Santa's watching her. She denies this.
Panel 2: As she wolfs down a bunch of cookies, she also denies Mike's claim that Santa has a magic mirror that allows him to watch everything she does.
Panel 3: As she roots through a cereal box to get to the prize, Mike asks Lizzie how she thinks he finds out about all the dumb stuff she does.
Panel 4: She tells him that Santa's got a fink.
Summary: What "Santa" has is a functioning set of eyes. Just as Elly will eventually assume a forbidden house party from a stray kernel of popcorn, she can look at the mess Mike made cleaning up after Lizzie and stand around screaming about how she can't trust her children. Since Lizardbreath is rock stupid, she thinks that someone ratted her out.
