Now that he's scrubbed himself to the state where he simply looks as if he's about to throw up, Gordo tries to lighten Mike's spirits by giving him a funny suggestion.

(Strip Number 1224, Original Publication Date, 10 November 1987)

Panel 1: Now that Mike's washed his face, Gordon tells him that he's not exactly 'green' now. Mike wants to know what he exactly is.

Panel 2: Gordon says that he just looks as if he's a bit sick-looking.

Panel 3: When Mike balks at having to look as if he's going to throw up, Gordon asks why.

Panel 4: After all, he can easily blame the cafeteria and avoid censure.

Summary: As I said, it's not the kids Mike has to be really worried about. What he's got to worry about is a male version of that idiot Miss Blais publicly shaming him.
