Panel 2: That's an odd transition. Is the cake for Laura, or is she supposed to bake it after her "heavy day"? And why is April confused by the phrase "heavy day"? Exposition, uncertainty how Laura's job could be "heavy" (whatever her job is) or the lead-in to a pun?
Panel 3: And posing provocatively in your pristine overalls. That's a nice-looking cow, though. At least I think so, but I'm not the animal expert. Still, it's not cartooned up, is my point.
Panel 4: Uh...okay. If that's supposed to tie in with the "heavy day", it doesn't even pass muster as a pun. And where was that calf a panel ago?
