Raging Nitwit Elly's need to destroy Mike and Lawrence for belching and having fun collides messily with the fact that she hasn't yet fitted Lizzie for a proper English broomstick up the arse.

(Strip Number 1169, Original Publication Date, 10 July 1987)

Panel 1: We find Connie and Elly reacting strongly in the negative to having their complaining about terrible ungrateful children interrupted by two of said children belching loudly and giggling about it.

Panel 2: Since Elly is easily infuriated by every little God-damned thing, it doesn't take long for her to turn into Rageface McKilljoy when a second belch is declared a world record.

Panel 3: Nor is it much of a shock that she declares her intention to stop her evil disgusting children from being disgusting and also making her look like an inattentive moron who lets her children run hog-wild while she sits on her fat arse drinking coffee with another inept mother.

Panel 4: What is a surprise is that she's mistaken as to who it is doing the burping. It's actually Lizzie not realizing that disgusting noises are disgusting and a clear sign that the child making them HATES his or her mother and wants to HURT her.

Summary: Elly should be grateful that having a belching contest is the most they get up to. I mean, one of them might decide to become a peeping Mike or something.
