Panel 1: We find Lizzie stomping on the ground and yelling "Emergency! Earthquake! Run for your lives!" to alleviate the boredom of playing out-outfield in the park.

Panel 2: As she beholds the results of her efforts, Lizzie thought-bubbles about how odd it is to see the ants scurry all over the place.

Panel 3: She thinks she's doing them a favour because otherwise, they would have nothing to do.

Summary: This is, I should think, a look inside a young Lynn's mind. She wants to be praised for every damned thing she does good or bad.
