Although she used to dislike Mrs Baird's house because it was old and needed a lot of maintenance, Connie has found a positive attribute that didn't occur to Elly: the fact that it has three bathrooms means that at the very least, there will not be conflict over who's using the washroom at any given time.

(Strip Number 4781, Original Publication Date, 9 March 1987)

Panel 1: Elly is surprised that Connie wants to buy Mrs. Baird's house just out of the blue....especially since Connie never liked it before.

Panel 2: As she eyeballs the place looking for things about it to change to her liking, Connie tells Elly that she can see the potential. After a few renovations, some new wallpaper and some other things, it could be really nice place.

Panel 3: What's more, with a son and two teen-aged daughters, it has everything she wants.

Panel 4: She starts to smirk like a citizen of the Batiukverse when she defines 'having three bathrooms' as being everything she could want or need.

Summary: Well, these will come in handy for now but at some point, she'll have excess bathroom facilities when Molly and Gayle and Lawrence leave. We're probably at the point where the person she and Greg are selling the place to sees having three lavatories as a plus.
